WIE WIJ ZOEKEN
Je werkt als fysiotherapeut fulltime in een topsport omgeving bij het eerste elftal van FC Den Bosch. Je behandelt, begeleidt en revalideert spelers en werkt nauw samen met head of performance en de sportverzorger. Om spelers zo snel mogelijk terug te brengen naar de groepstraining en het spelen van wedstrijden, is het essentieel dat je goed bent in het stellen van een diagnose, het maken van prognoses en het opstellen van een behandelplan. Elke dag telt bij een profclub in het betaalde voetbal!
Je hebt sterke communicatie skills en bent in staat relaties op te bouwen met spelers, staf en overige medici. Je stelt daarbij duidelijke kaders en werkt gestructureerd door te zorgen voor een duidelijk overzicht van geblesseerde spelers en prognoses van het herstel. Dit heb je nodig in de samenwerking met trainers, head of performance en spelers.
Daarnaast heb je ook contact met een medisch team van clubartsen, sportartsen en orthopeden dat aan de club verbonden is. Je coördineert en overlegt met de artsen of er vervolgonderzoek nodig is bij blessures.
In deze professionele organisatie wordt veel van je gevraagd. We zoeken iemand die bij wil dragen aan het door ontwikkelen van onze medische afdeling. Onze ideale kandidaat is behalve kundig daarom ook stressbestendig, zeer gedreven en heeft een stevig karakter.
Je hebt goede inhoudelijke vaardigheden en bent daarnaast op de hoogte van de laatste wetenschappelijke inzichten op het gebied van voetbal specifieke revalidatie en performance.
Je levert een mooie bijdrage aan de prestaties van FC Den Bosch 1.
FUNCTIE EISEN
- Opleiding fysiotherapie
- Opleiding sportfysiotherapie is een pré
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Uitstekende vakinhoudelijke vaardigheden. Met name richting voetbal specifieke performance en revalidatie.

Job vacancy physiotherapist FC Den Bosch (fulltime)
What we’re looking for
You work as a physiotherapist, full-time in a top sports environment with the first team of FC Den Bosch. You treat, guide and rehabilitate players and work closely with the head of performance and the sports therapist. It is important that you are good at making a diagnosis, making prognosis and drawing up a treatment plan. To return players to group training and matches as soon as possible. Every day counts in this environment.
You are strong at communicating and have interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships. But also set clear frameworks. You work in a clear and structured way, and can provide a clear overview of injured players and recovery prognosis. You need these skills in communication with trainers, head of performance, and players.
You also have contact with the medical team of club doctors, sports doctors and orthopedists who are affiliated with the club. You coordinate and consult with the doctors whether follow-up testing is necessary in the event of injuries.
A lot is asked of you in this professional organization and you must therefore be stress-resistant and be confident. We are looking for someone who is very driven and would like to develop our medical department.
You have good substantive knowledge and skills, and are also aware of the latest scientific insights in the field of football-specific rehabilitation and performance.
You make a nice contribution to the performance of FC Den Bosch 1.
Job requirements
- Physiotherapy bsc
- Education in sports physiotherapy is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Good communicative skills
- Excellent substantive knowledge. Especially towards football specific performance and rehabilitation
